Job description
My client is a highly respected agency located in the Eastern Suburbs with some of the industry’s most reputable directors.
Working with multi million dollar property and a powerhouse team, we are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth forward.
The Role:
With strong marketing and branding, you will be working with properties between $1000 - $3000 per week, a high performing sales team and high end clientele.
With a large amount of leads provided to you, you will also be responsible for generating additional leads using your previous real estate BDM or sales experience and provided with a dedicated are encompassing Paddington, Woollhara and Bondi Beach.
Predominantly a Monday to Friday role, you will be supported by two leasing consultants and two VA’s and access to a dedicated mentor to ensure you can focus your efforts into driving high level outcomes for the department.

- Current real estate license
- Current drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent personal presentation
