The Role:
Working within a team of 4, this role will require you to expand this already thriving Property Management business and increase their Property Management market share. Some of your duties will include:
- Actively generate new leads and nurture existing relationships
- Follow up leads provided by a highly successful sales team
- Host and attend open homes
- Negotiate lease terms
- Arrange and conduct market appraisals
- Offer guidance and assistance to junior staff to assist in their growth
The Candidate:
You will be a proven performer with a solid track record in building Property Management businesses. Other key requirements include:
- Able to bring on circa 100 new management in a year
- Proactive and “can-do” attitude
- Exceptional prospecting, negotiation and sales skills
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Experience in business development within the property sector
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Current drivers license and reliable vehicle
