The Role:
- Take control of all new business enquiries
- Proactively prospect for new business
- Conduct new business appraisals
- Preparation of management agency agreements and compliance
- Marketing and leasing of new business properties
- Process applications for landlord approval
- Provide PM team with full handover of all new managements including ingoing inspections and applications approved
- Attend sales meetings and manage leads from the sales and property management teams
- Attend sale open for inspections and property auctions
- Drive, tenacity and a hunger to drive your own career success and grow the property management business
- Proven experience as a BDM or associate agent
- A Real Estate Licence is essential
- Polished presentation and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of the north shore market favourable
