With a base salary of up to $100,000 plus commissions, you could earn over $150,000 per year! As their new Business Development Manager, you'll work with a sales team of around 25 agents to gain leads, sign up managements, and then hand them to the Leasing Manager.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Business Development Manager
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate
- Solid knowledge of the North Shore & Northern Beaches
- Confident at winning new business
- Able to build strong relationships with potential landlords
- Confident in calling through databases
- A proven networker with outstanding communication skills
