What you’ll do:
- Source, nurture, and convert new management opportunities across the residential market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, investors, developers, and referral partners.
- Collaborate with a strong sales network to generate and secure new managements.
- Manage the end-to-end client journey from first contact to onboarding.
- Identify growth opportunities and keep ahead of market trends in both short and long-term rentals.
- At least 12 months’ experience in BDM or Residential Sales.
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (plus up-to-date CPD).
- A proactive, relationship-driven, and results-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to generate, nurture, and close new business.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
