Our Client is renowned for their Strata services and have been growing at a constant rate since their brand was launched over 10 years ago. Due to their strong relationships with large developers many of their schemes are managed from the time of completion and their Strata Managers are known to be some of the best. With large growth plans in place for 2021 across NSW, we are now on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to drive growth into this exciting Strata Business.

The role:
- Prospect for new business through existing channels
- Create new opportunities through cold calling
- Attend industry & networking events
- Follow up any incoming leads
- Prepare and deliver tenders
- Work closely with CEO on growth strategies
- Solid experience within Strata/ Real Estate or Property Law
- Proven track record in building relationship
- Sound negotiation skills with strong focus on customer service
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Confident in presenting to large groups at a Senior level
