A well-established multi-brand group operating across commercial fit-outs and building services is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across three aligned brands. This role will suit someone with a strong commercial fit-out background who understands the industry, enjoys relationship-led sales, and wants a long-term opportunity with genuine earning potential.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities across commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, make-goods and associated services. You’ll manage your own pipeline, build trusted industry relationships, and work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure opportunities are followed through and clients are well supported. This is a Monday to Friday role, offering autonomy, trust and strong backing from leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business opportunities within commercial fit-outs and construction services
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, project managers, commercial real estate agents and building managers
  • Proactively source opportunities through outbound activity, networking and referrals
  • Manage and contribute to tenders, proposals and presentations
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across the group’s services
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
  • Attend industry events and maintain visibility within the commercial property sector
About You
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within commercial fit-outs (essential)
  • Background in construction, property, building or facilities services
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing tenders and longer sales cycles
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and commercially focused
  • Comfortable representing multiple service offerings professionally
