You’ll work closely with Owners/Directors, backed by capable delivery teams, and focus on building sustainable, relationship-led revenue.

Key responsibilities
- Generate new opportunities across commercial fit-outs and construction services
- Build relationships with architects, designers, PMs, agents and building managers
- Lead outbound activity, networking and referral generation
- Contribute to tenders, proposals and client presentations
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline visibility
- Proven Business Development experience in commercial fit-outs (essential)
- Background in construction, property or building services
- Experience managing tenders and longer sales cycles
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute, self-driven and highly organised
- $125,000–$135,000 base salary
- Attractive commission structure with OTE circa $175,000
- Monday to Friday working week
