Join an established multi-brand group with strong delivery capability and real market presence. This business already operates successfully across commercial fit-outs and building services. With a solid reputation and repeat clients, they’re now investing in growth and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand their footprint.

You’ll work closely with Owners/Directors, backed by capable delivery teams, and focus on building sustainable, relationship-led revenue.

About the role:

Drive new business across commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, make-goods and associated services. Manage your own pipeline, build trusted industry relationships and convert opportunities from first contact through to handover.
Key responsibilities
  • Generate new opportunities across commercial fit-outs and construction services
  • Build relationships with architects, designers, PMs, agents and building managers
  • Lead outbound activity, networking and referral generation
  • Contribute to tenders, proposals and client presentations
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline visibility
Skills & experience
  • Proven Business Development experience in commercial fit-outs (essential)
  • Background in construction, property or building services
  • Experience managing tenders and longer sales cycles
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute, self-driven and highly organised
Benefits & perks
  • $125,000–$135,000 base salary
  • Attractive commission structure with OTE circa $175,000
