Our Client is renowned for their high level and customer focsed Strata services and have been growing at a constant rate since their brand was launched over 15 years ago. Due to their strong relationships with large developers many of their schemes are managed from the time of completion and their Strata Managers are known to be some of the best. With large growth plans in place for 2021 across greater NSW, we are now on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to drive growth into this exciting Strata Business.

The role:
Working closely with the MD of this business your main focus will be to increase brand awareness resulting in growth of the Strata portfolios. Each day will see you:
- Prospect for new business through existing channels
- Create new opportunities through cold calling
- Attend industry & networking events
- Follow up any incoming leads
- Prepare and deliver tenders
- Work closely with CEO on growth strategies
- Solid experience within Strata/ Real Estate or Property Law
- Proven track record in building relationship
- Sound negotiation skills with strong focus on customer service
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Confident in presenting to large groups at a Senior level
