The Opportunity

This is a fast-paced, relationship-led BDM role. You’ll be out in the field, building connections, nurturing warm leads and converting opportunities into long-term, high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with agency principals & PM teams
- Convert warm leads into long-term service agreements
- Identify and secure new agency partnerships across the territory
- Drive revenue growth through consistent pipeline activity
- Represent the brand in market with professionalism and credibility
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in BDM or sales within real estate, property services or prop-tech
- Strong understanding of how property management departments operate
- Proven track record converting relationships into revenue
- Confident, value-led communicator
- Self-motivated and target-driven
