Call Centre Manager

In growth mode, they are looking for a high-energy, phone-based Call Centre Manager who can nurture leads through database management and deal with enquiries that come through from marketing and socials. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Phone-based Prospecting, and lead conversion
• New business and database management
• Dealing with diverse range of clients in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
• Liaise with sales consultants and clients to book and manage appointments.
• General admin work (emails, CRM, etc.)
• Participate in weekly In-House training and mentoring with our sales, finance, legal and accounting teams. 

Requirements of the role:

• Real Estate License advantageous
• A keen interest in developing a career in the Real Estate industry is essential.
• Have great communication skills with fluent English and a strong work ethic.
• Great attention to detail and task orientation.
• Process-driven, dynamic and autonomous personality.
• Exceptional phone acumen and motivation to achieve KPIs.
