Job description

As the backbone to this active selling agent in the heart of Manly, your ability to manage competing priorities and expectations will at the forefront to your success in this role.  You will be a confident decision maker with a proactive mindset, take ownership of tasks and execute them reliably and efficiently, anticipate next steps, use your initiative and be confident in making judgement decisions when something needs to be escalated.


The Role
  • Full calendar and email management
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors etc
  • Manage the database and data entry
  • Pre-list and proposal kit preparation
  • Oversee and manage workflow for all property campaigns
  • Sales admin, compliance and property marketing
  • Pre-sale property preparation including coordinating stylists and photo shoots
  • Open home preparation and attendance
  • Pre-auction preparation and attendance
  • Property marketing and administration
  • Coordinate and attend building, pest and pre-settlement inspections
  • Ensure accurate control of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
  • At the direction of the Sales Agent, contact and consult with Valuers, building/pest Inspectors, Council and Solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale and all appointments are on time and efficiently run
  • Liaise with Vendors, tenants, outside agencies to arrange access and prepare the property for a photo shoot
 
 
Skills & Experience:
  • You are outgoing, incredibly efficient with the ability to drive outcomes
  • You have proven experience in a similar role
  • You are comfortable making judgment decisions and take the initiative when something needs to be escalated.
  • You have strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships, be adaptable and maintain confidentiality
  • You will be calm under pressure, have exceptional planning skills and organisational ability, attention to detail and natural ability to "read" the person you support
  • You will be resourceful and flexible
  • Social media and tech savvy
