We are looking to recruit a Client Services Manager to some of Mosman’s highest performing agents. This dynamic duo are dominating the local market and are frequently listed in the REB’s top 100 agents Australia wide. As the backbone to a multi-million dollar team, this role is pivotal to the success of these agents.
 
Located in the heart of Sydney's prestigious Lower North Shore, you will get exposure to some of the country’s most prime Real Estate. Your ability to manage competing priorities and expectations will at the forefront to your success in this role. You will be an expert in managing multiple responsibilities effortlessly, anticipating next steps, using your initiative and confident in making judgement decisions when something needs to be escalated.

The Role:
  • Full calendar and email management
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings including agendas, minutes, presentations and reports
  • Assist in the preparation for appraisals, proposals, marketing quotes
  • Oversee and manage workflow for all property campaigns with the support of an administration assistant
  • Acting point of contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors etc
  • Reporting and Database Management
  • Prepare sales advices and execute property exchanges
  • Ad hoc duties as required
 
Skills & Experience:
  • You are outgoing, incredibly efficient with the ability to drive outcomes
  • You have proven experience in a similar role
  • You are comfortable making judgment decisions and take the initiative when something needs to be escalated
  • You have strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships, be adaptable and maintain confidentiality
  • You will be resourceful and flexible
  • You will have exceptional attention to detail
