Our client is a leading property group that bridges the gap between developers and purchasers, ensuring a smooth and positive journey from start to finish. We are looking for a highly organised, customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join their close-knit and collaborative team.
As the Client Services Manager, you will work alongside leading property developers, construction teams, real estate agencies and finance brokers. You will attend amazing events and on-site inspections and be the person who links the client to the project via project updates, finance support, settlement support and report defects through to the builder. You will also be the person who hands the keys over to the new purchasers the day they settle and walk them through their new apartment and everything that the development offers.
If you have experience in the real estate or property industry, have strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach and are looking for a role offering a challenge and loads of rewards them I want to speak to you.
