Commercial Asset Manager

My client is a modern and vibrant multi-faceted real estate agency with a large residential and commercial portfolio. Due to growth they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Asset Manager to manage a portfolio of retail and office space. 


Role:

Dealing with a broad range of clientele from institutions, high net worth privates and mum and dad investors you will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 100 managements and will be responsible for:

• Budgeting and Forecasting for Buildings
• Liaise with both landlords and tenants
• Complete repairs & Maintenance requests
• Arrears control
• Conduct rental reviews & Lease renewals
• Reporting to management
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews

You: 

It is essential that you possess a certificate of registration or real estate license and a minimum of 3 years running a commercial portfolio.

• Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and strong leadership qualities
• Strong communication both verbal and written
• Great presentation skills
• Be a motivated self-starter and take initiative
• Own car and drivers licence
