COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

Perfect opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join without a doubt the Northern Beaches most recognised and well respected Commercial Group. This Commercial Property Management team of 6 has had a major overhaul in the last 3 years and the team is upbeat, highly skilled and works efficiently as a collaborative team whilst each individual is responsible for nurturing their own portfolio. Overseen by a Director of Property Management as well as the bsuiness's hands on Director's this group has some big plans moving forward and is now looking for their next career focused Property Manager to join their team.
 
  The role:

• Mixed portfolio of 170 individual tenancies of small shops/ small factories, commercial spaces
• Landlord and Tenant liaison
• Arrears control, tenant invoicing
• Annual increase and rent reviews
• No leasing or no accounts

  The ideal Candidate:

• Will have at least 2 years Commercial Property Management exp
• Has strong problem solving abilities
• Is Customer focused and wants to help
• Has a terrific attitude that works well with a team
• Has great understanding of Commercial Ppty & retail leases act
• Lives on the Northern Beaches and wants to work close to home
• Can use REST, File smart, Outlook, Inspection Manager
