The role:
- Mixed portfolio of 170 individual tenancies of small shops/ small factories, commercial spaces
- Landlord and Tenant liaison
- Arrears control, tenant invoicing
- Annual increase and rent reviews
- No leasing or accounts
- Will have at least 2 years Property Management exp (Residential or Commercial)
- Is eager to learn about the Commercial Property sector
- Has strong problem solving abilities and negotiation skills
- Is totally customer focused and loves helping people
- Has impeccable personal presentation
- Has a great attitude that works well in a team
- Knowledge of REST, File smart, Outlook, Inspection Manager is highly desireable
- Rare opportunity totransition from Residential to Commercial PM
