Servicing both the NSW and QLD marketplace, they are renowned for looking after some high-level assets across 2 states and they are now looking for a Commercial Property Manager to take over some of these prime assets. With a team of around 12 encompassing several areas of Property, this group offers a great team environment, ongoing training, social activities and a no-fuss mature team. With trust in you to get on with your role, they are not an office that micromanages or expects way too much - their average retention of staff currently is 5-7 years - that speaks volumes of the culture in this office!
The Opportunity:
You are reporting into the Senior Asset Manager & Directors; you will be able to carry out the following duties looking after a highly regarded & diverse property portfolio of Commercial, Industrial and Retail across NSW and QLD.

The Opportunity:

- Landlord and Tenant liaison
- Organising building works and repairs
- Lease renewals and negotiations
- Calculating ingoings and outgoings
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Maintaining relevant registers
- Monthly reporting
- A minimum of 3 years + in a similar role
- Solid understanding of Commercial & Retail legislation & compliance
- A high degree of communication skills & computer literacy
- Relevant industry qualifications & current license with transport
- An ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Experience on MRI or Yardi would be highly regarded
