Perfect opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join without a doubt the Northern Beaches most recognised and well-respected Commercial Group. This Commercial Property Management team of 6 has had a major overhaul in the last 3 years and the team is upbeat, highly skilled and works efficiently as a collaborative team whilst everyone is responsible for nurturing their own portfolio. Overseen by a Director of Property Management as well as the business’s hands-on Director's this group has some big plans moving forward and is now looking for their next career-focused Property Manager to join their team.

The role:

• Mixed portfolio of 110 individual tenancies of small shops/ small factories, commercial spaces
• Landlord and Tenant liaison
• Arrears control, tenant invoicing
• Annual increase and rent reviews
• No leasing or no accounts

The ideal Candidate:

• Will have at least 2 years Commercial Property Management exp
• Has strong problem solving abilities
• Is Customer focused and wants to help
• Has a terrific attitude that works well with a team
• Has great understanding of Commercial Ppty & retail leases act
• Lives on the Northern Beaches and wants to work close to home
• Can use REST, File smart, Outlook, Inspection Manager
