Our client is a boutique yet dominant player in the commercial property sector who boast an unrivalled reputation for their sales, leasing and property management. With an enviable portfolio of ASX listed clients nationally this leading CBD agency is looking for a Head of Department / Commercial Property Manager to lead their PM division.
The role:
Leading, managing and mentoring this already successful Commercial Property Management department of 7 with over 400 Commercial tenancies across greater Sydney and Regional NSW. Report into industry recognised Directors who are incredibly invested in their Property Management division and will work with you to ensure its longevity, growth, and ongoing success. You will also be required to manage your own small portfolio of high-net-worth clients.

The Successful Candidate:
To cement your position in this boutique firm you will come from a Commercial Property Management background ( at least 4-5 years) with proven experience in managing a team.

- Ensure team is following best practice at all times
- Mentor, manage and train on a regular basis
- Carry out weekly meetings and report into Directors
- Work with sales team on growth opportunities for PM
- Oversee contractors and service providers
- Track & manage annual fire safety statements
- Prepare annual outgoing reconciliation reports
- Manage supplier relationships
The Successful Candidate:
To cement your position in this boutique firm you will come from a Commercial Property Management background ( at least 4-5 years) with proven experience in managing a team.
