Located in the heart of the CBD this prominent Property Group is renowned for their consistent results across Sales & Investment Management; their auction clearance rate is close to 100% and they have consistent work coming to them from their solid database of repeat Clients both institutional and private. Having had a very successful end to 2023 they are on track for a continued sucess in 2024 this is an ofifce that rewards hard work and offers a pathway to partnership.
The opportunity:
Currently in growth mode they have an abundance of work and are on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Sales Agent to join their team who can come in and take over some of the overflow they currently have. Operating across the whole Sydney Metropolitan & Regional NSW areas there is plenty of business for you to work on immediately whilst getting yourself up and running.
Responsibilities will include:
You will already be working as a Commercial Sales Agent who is looking for the next step in their career. You will have a proven track record in the Sydney or Regional markets and be someone who is persistent, persuasive & responsive with solid listing & negotiation skills. Majority of their agents are writing well into 7 figures so you must be prepared to work hard to reap some exceptional rewards.
