We are actively seeking an exceptional candidate to join a well established, high performing Commercial Real Estate Agency in the Norwest area. Working alongside two of the industry's best performers, you will learn the Commercial space from the bottom up with extensive support and training! The person this company are looking for will ideally have 12 months or more experience in the Residential Real Estate space, or a background in Sales (from any industry) at the very least.

The Role:
Assisting the two Directors in all aspects of Sales and Leasing, this role will be fun and varied. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Door knocking and brochure drops
- Database management and data entry
- Manage phone and email enquiries
- Prepare leases and sales contracts
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Liaise with vendors, landlords, tenants and prospective clients
- Prospecting for new business
- Conducting property inspections
- Preparing market appraisals
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have 12 months experience working in the Residential Real Estate industry
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Is a team player and likes to have a laugh
- Is mature, passionate and driven about their career
- Has excellent communication skills with top notch personal presentation at all times
- Have minimum Assistant Agent status as required by NSW Fair Trading
- Holds as Assistant Agent certificate and has a current NSW Drivers Licence
- Has basic computer skills (Word & Excel)
