There is an opening for a well presented and experienced property manager with some commercial experience to join a well known and highly regarded City and Eastern Suburbs office. Manage a small portfolio mix of residential and commercial properties. This agency is a dominant player in the City and Eastern Suburbs property market and has a long-standing team of successful property professionals within the business, with low staff turnover. The Role:
- Maintain existing relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
- Portfolio of less than 140, mix of residential and commercial
- All aspects of property management, no accounts
- Monday – Friday, option to work Saturday’s
- Needs to be able to offer exceptional customer service
The Candidate:
- Ideally have some experience with Commercial
- Strong property management experience required
- Current certificate of registration or license
- Knowledge of the City & Eastern Suburbs local Area preferred
- Excellent attention to details and a sense of pride in your work
- Strong Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Professional Presentation
- Fantastic organisational and people skills!
