Our client is well known in the Sydney Residential Project space and is renowned as one of the leading locally owned Development groups. With over 5000 apartments in their pipeline over the next few years and with at least 30 sales per month currently we are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team. Situated in fantastic inner city offices close to a main train line this team boasts an incredible culture, great team morale and loads of room to progress. You will be working as a pivotal part of the in-house Project Sales team and you can be assured that no two days will ever be the same.

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator or Contracts Administrator with at least 2 years previous experience in Residential Real Estate or Development.
Key Responsibilities will include: 
  • Compilation of sales contracts
  • Communicate with all related parties to push contract from deposit taken to unconditional
  • Communicate with all related parties to facilitate contract exchange
  • Communicate with all related parties to facilitate contract settlement
  • Ensure all contract progress information is recorded in Salesforce
  • Stock list management – including holding/reserving units on weekends
  • Following up outstanding deposits and updating salesforce
  • Report to Management weekly on contract status across all projects
  • Continually communicate with all related parties on contract status and changes
  • Follow the internal rules and guidelines related to contract issuing, amendments, exchange, settlement and fall over
  • Follow all contract related processes and procedures and assist with the development of new processes and procedures to further automate the contract administration process
  • Any ad hoc duties required by Sales Manager
