Our client is one of Sydney’s most established development and construction groups that have been filling the Sydney skyline with medium to high density residential and commercial developments for over 15 years. With a sizeable team and a focus on building to the highest quality in the most efficient time frame, they are certainly a group to align your career with.

Client satisfaction is at the heart of what this company do, therefore a Head of Customer Care position has been created to ensure the smooth delivery of all sales from purchase to settlement. Based out of designer offices in Redfern, you will bring your previous experience to the table to drive customer satisfaction and build a team around you in line with the company’s growth strategy.
The role:
  • Follow purchaser every step of the purchasing journey
  • Call and greet every exchange and confirm all details
  • Provide updates on building schedules
  • Logging calls and all updates in Salesforce
  • Invite existing and potential clients to company functions
  • Follow up previous clients to check in on their purchase
  • Post sales follow up, checking on defects and providing relevant updates
About you:
  • Proven experience in managing the customer experience 
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • A strategic thinker who enjoys creating and implementing new processes
  • A background in property is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience managing/implementing loyalty programs highly desirable!  
  • Able to work Saturdays to suit purchasers
