Database Manager

Our Sydney based REal Estate and Property Recruitment business is going nuts and we are on the lookout for a Database Manager to work with our team! Our team is fast paced, super successful and know how to have fun - we work hard but we always take time to celebrate our wins! Based out of our near new designer offices in the heart of the CBD (next to Pitt Street Mall). We aim to ensure your long term success with loads of on the job training and in-house training, as well as online platform learning - this will give you the opportunity of a long term career in Recruitment if that is what you are looking for!

The Opportunity:

A newly created role due to ongoing & consistent growth, this Database Manager role will see you handling all aspects of our database to gain leads for our Recruitment Team. With a focus on customer service your daily tasks will include:

• Calling through our current & up to date database
• Requesting resumes and passing to Consultants
• Searching through external databases for leads
• Adding relevant Candidates to database
• Maintaining database
• Ongoing Candidate Management

Essentials needed:

• Be switched on, efficient and keen to learn
• Sound verbal communication skills
• Fluent English speaking skills essential
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Confidence to create and maintain customer relationships
• Excellent personal presentation skills
• A background in customer service is essential
• A great sense of humour and love a great laugh
