Database Sales Consultant

Our client is Australia’s fastest-growing buyer agent, focusing purely on investors wanting to build wealth through Property. In growth mode, they are looking for two more high-energy-based phone-based consultants who can nurture leads through database management and enquiries that come through from marketing and socials. This is a job for someone wanting security and stability with the opportunity to advance into sales as your knowledge increases should you want to.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Phone-based Prospecting, and lead conversion
• New business and database management
• Dealing with diverse range of clients in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
• Liaise with senior sales consultants and clients to book and manage appointments.
• General admin work (emails, CRM, etc.)
• Participate in weekly In-House training and mentoring with our sales, finance, legal and accounting teams. 

Essentials for this role include:

• Have a current Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate
• Have great communication skills with fluent English & and a strong work ethic
• Great attention to detail and task orientation
• Process-driven, dynamic and autonomous personality
• Exceptional phone acumen and motivation to achieve KPIs.
