The role:
Working with an experienced Property Management Team across 3 offices, this role will entail the following:
- Ensure compliance is met in accordance with company processes and procedures
- Liaise with Management including relevant budget & KPI reports, and attend meetings
- Train & mentor staff members
- Weekly meetings with Principal to discuss issues, opportunities and team KPI’s
- Manage a small tidy portfolio of up to 100 with leasing and admin support
- Checking that customer service levels are met, goals and budgets reached and KPI’s constantly monitored and documented.
- Improve profitability by streamlining overall department costs and outlays
- On-boarding & recruitment of new staff as required
- Provide the highest standard of property management service and comply with all regulations.
- Closely monitoring business opportunities through referrals, business acquisitions and rent roll sales
- Seek new business opportunities through database management and office network
- Oversee EOM procedures, sign off on daily bank recs and monitor mid month and end of month payments
- Manage a small tidy portfolio of up to 100 with leasing and admin support
The candidate:
- Must have minimum 3 years property management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a great work ethic
- Immaculate presentation
- Hold strong knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of responsibilities including managing workload priorities
- Must have Certificate of Registration
