The role:


A management role where you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership team. Overseeing an already incredibly run department of 1500 managements  & 20+ staff they are now asking you to come and look at things differently; and see how this business can be constantly evolving to ensure they stay at the top of this exciting industry.

Day to day will include:
  • Ensure team are meeting day to day objectives
  • Weekly & monthly training sessions run to schedule. 
  • Full staff inductions into PM
  • Weekly team meetings
  • Full performance management of the team
  • Manage all escalated issues
  • Weekly & monthly reporting at Directors meetings
  • Monitoring of market place including supplier marketplace
  • Client function coordination and presentations
  • NO hands on portoflio management this is a leadership role

Candidate specifics:

Much more than a Senior Property Managers role, this is a role for a real department manager role, and as such you will need to have at least three years’ experience in a senior management role. Real Estate experience is essential.
