The role:
A management role where you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership team. Overseeing an already incredibly run department of 1500 managements & 20+ staff they are now asking you to come and look at things differently; and see how this business can be constantly evolving to ensure they stay at the top of this exciting industry.

Much more than a Senior Property Managers role, this is a role for a real department manager role, and as such you will need to have at least three years’ experience in a senior management role. Real Estate experience is essential.

- Ensure team are meeting day to day objectives
- Weekly & monthly training sessions run to schedule.
- Full staff inductions into PM
- Weekly team meetings
- Full performance management of the team
- Manage all escalated issues
- Weekly & monthly reporting at Directors meetings
- Monitoring of market place including supplier marketplace
- Client function coordination and presentations
- NO hands on portoflio management this is a leadership role
Candidate specifics:
