Our client is one of the most recognised brands on the Lower North Shore and is led by a high performing Director who is renowned for selling multi-million dollar harbour-front properties. With one of the largest sales team in the area this is an office where no two days are ever the same and the pace at which this business runs is incredible. The role on offer is the backbone to this high performing director and his team and your ability to manage multiple priorities and expectations will at the forefront to your success in this role.

The Candidate:

A confident decision maker with a proactive mindset, your ability to take ownership of projects or tasks and execute them reliably and efficiently, whilst maintaining the highest level of confidentiality is essential as you will have exposure to highly sensitive information. You will be an expert in managing multiple responsibilities effortlessly, anticipating next steps, using your initiative and confident in making judgement decisions when something needs to be escalated.

Skills & Experience:
  • Outgoing, incredibly efficient with the ability to drive outcomes
  • Proven experience in a similar role in Real Estate
  • Comfortable making judgement decisions and take the initiative when something needs to be escalated
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • An ability to build relationships, be adaptable and maintain confidentiality
  • Able to remain calm under pressure, have exceptional planning skills, attention to detail and natural ability to "read" the person you support
  • Resourceful, flexible & adaptable
  • Savvy with social media and not afraid of tech
The Role:
  • Full calendar and email management both professional and professional
  • Answer and direct phone calls on directors behalf
  • Business and personal administration and errands
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings including agendas, minutes, presentations and reports
  • Handle all media enquiries and guest speaker presentations
  • Assist with event management including staff and client functions
  • Coordination of technology and IT requirements
  • Oversee and manage work-flow for all property campaigns with the support of an administration assistant
  • Acting point of contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors etc
  • Reporting and database management
  • Back up property marketing and administration
