With a mulit-million dollar career spanning over the last 15 years in the Eastern Suburbs our Client is regarded as a powerhouse in Real Estate in the Eastern Suburbs and the accolades and many awards showcase their success. We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant / Business Unit Manager to work side by side this industry recognised selling Principal to enable their continued success!

Currently operating as a team of 5, this role is pivotal to the success of this agent and their team! You will be an absolute expert in driving team outcomes, managing multiple responsibilities effortlessly, handling competing priorities and expectations and most importantly having fun while you do it. You will be a confident decision maker with a proactive mindset and you will have an excellent ability to take ownership of tasks and execute them well. You should be able to anticipate next steps, using your initiative and making judgement decisions for the success of the team and to alleviate pressure of this Principal.
The Role:
  • Total support and organisation of selling Principal
  • Oversee team performance and drive accountability
  • Facilitate workflow for all property campaigns
  • Photoshoot, stylist, minor renovation and open home coordination
  • Acting point of contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors etc
  • Social media, agent marketing and e-campaign management
  • Event management including community and sponsorship initiatives
  • Coordination of internal and external
  • Handle all media enquiries and guest speaker presentations
  • Reporting and Database Management
  • Coordinate any technology and IT requirements
  • Business and personal administration and errands
Skills & Experience:
  • Outgoing, incredibly efficient with ability to drive outcomes
  • Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable making judgement decisions with great initiative
  • High level of verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships, be adaptable and maintain confidentiality
  • Calm under pressure, exceptional planning & killer attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Lockedon, Mydesktop and PropertyTree highly regarded
  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence essential
