Job description

Are you an Executive Assistant who loves making things happen and is the backbone to a successful Director?

This is your chance to step into the heart of one of Sydney’s most successful luxury real estate teams. You’ll be the right-hand to a high-performing Director who’s achieved over $120 million in sales in just the past year, and you’ll play a huge part in keeping everything running seamlessly.

This role isn’t just about admin – it’s about being the organiser, the problem-solver, and the trusted support who makes sure no detail is ever missed.

Why you’ll love this role:
  • Work with one of Sydney’s most recognised luxury real estate teams
  • Partner with a high-profile agent at the top of their game
  • Be part of a network with over 30 years of proven success
  • Prime Eastern Suburbs location, surrounded by great cafés and shops
  • On-site parking for an easy commute
  • Monday to Friday role with a salary up to $130,000 (depending on experience)
  • Recognition and rewards for the value you bring every day
  • A chance to build your career in the prestigious Eastern Suburbs property market
What you’ll be doing: No two days will look the same – you’ll be the “go-to” person making sure everything runs smoothly:
  • Managing a busy diary and providing high-level support
  • Coordinating photoshoots, inspections, and appointments
  • Preparing agency agreements, appraisals, and presentations
  • Running end-to-end campaigns and keeping clients, vendors, and suppliers in the loop
  • Organising marketing and making sure everything is ready for opens and auctions
  • Overseeing the exchange-to-settlement process
  • Assisting at mid-week opens and with sales prep
About you: You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being one step ahead. You’re:
  • Highly organised, with great communication skills
  • Detail-focused and confident juggling multiple priorities
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Resilient, adaptable, and proactive
  • Holder of a Certificate of Registration, current Driver’s Licence, and a reliable car
