- Managing a busy diary and providing high-level support
- Coordinating photoshoots, inspections, and appointments
- Preparing agency agreements, appraisals, and presentations
- Running end-to-end campaigns and keeping clients, vendors, and suppliers in the loop
- Organising marketing and making sure everything is ready for opens and auctions
- Overseeing the exchange-to-settlement process
- Assisting at mid-week opens and with sales prep
- Highly organised, with great communication skills
- Detail-focused and confident juggling multiple priorities
- A team player who can also work independently
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive
- Holder of a Certificate of Registration, current Driver’s Licence, and a reliable car
