The role:
- Attend appraisals/listing appointments with lead agent
- Take control of client management once property listed
- Coordinate trades to prepare property for sale
- Liaise with vendors regarding photoshoots and styling
- Coordinate and attend mid week and Saturday opens
- Ensure all daily and weekly checklists are followed with all details cross checked
The candidate:
- Will hold a minimum of 2-3 years relevant industry experience
- Has a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Is an expert in managing multiple responsibilities effortlessly
- Holds strong initiative and is confident making judgement decisions on the spot
- Has exceptional relationship building abilities
- Your ability to take ownership of tasks and execute them reliably and efficiently is second to none.
