Two Foreman opportunities are available on major high-rise residential projects. Choose to lead either the structure or finishes phase, working alongside an experienced Site Manager, Project Manager & Lead Construction Manager as part of a senior leadership team.

Key responsibilities:
Structures Foreman
- Deliver structure works including formwork, concrete, reinforcement, and sequencing
- Coordinate subcontractors to meet program and quality targets
- Enforce WHS standards and site compliance
- Resolve construction issues with site leadership
- Coordinate internal finishing trades through to handover
- Drive finishes program, quality control, and defect management
- Maintain presentation, safety, and quality standards
- Support inspections and final handover activities
- Trade background in Carpentry or related discipline
- Experience as a Structures or Finishes Foreman on mid- to high-rise residential projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site delivery
- Confident communicator able to lead subcontractors
- Consistent focus on safety, quality, and program outcomes
- Long-term role with a Tier 2 developer-builder and 10+ year pipeline
- Choice of current sites across multiple Sydney locations
