Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to meet daily objectives, keeping everyone motivated and on track
- Run weekly and monthly training sessions to ensure ongoing development
- Conduct full staff inductions into Property Management
- Host weekly team meetings, ensuring clear communication and cohesion
- Manage full performance management of the team
- Oversee and resolve any escalated issues with expertise and confidence
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting for Directors' meetings
- Monitor the marketplace, including suppliers, to stay ahead of trends
- Coordinate client functions and presentations to showcase the agency’s excellence
- High-energy personality with a strong team spirit
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive results
- Extensive knowledge of real estate legislation
- Local to the Lower North Shore or Beaches
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and eager to embrace new tools and solutions
