Junior Property Manager

Exciting property officer and manager roles on the Northshore, working with a great agency and PM team. This is one of the best opportunities on the North Shore! You will be part of a successful & highly motivated team with an absolute commitment to delivering an outstanding service to their local market. 

The Role: 

Some duties of this role include -  

• Leasing including showing properties and processing applications
• Repairs & maintenance 
• Routine inspections
• In-going & outgoing inspections 
• Tenant inductions and lease sign ups
• Assisting with rental arrears
• Mon-Saturday with one day off during the week

The Candidate: 

• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!
• Will hold a current Certificate of Registration or prepared to do Licence 
• Own reliable vehicle and clean driver’s license
• You are outgoing and efficient 
• You have strong verbal & written communication skills & attention to detail
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills
• Immaculate presentation and clear communication skills 
• A genuine interest in property management
