About the Role:
- Work in a pod of 2, assisting a SPM in managing the portfolio
- Focus on the tenant side of the business
- Liaise with tenants and manage the repairs process
- This is a local portfolio
Who Are We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in leasing or managing a property portfolio
- Certificate of Registration and working towards your Class 2 licence
- Proficiency in PropertyTree, IRE, and Inspection Manager software highly regarded
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- You'll be ambitious and results driven - you must be passionate about property management
The Perks:
