We’re recruiting for a well-regarded agency on Sydney’s Northern Beaches that’s looking for a bright, motivated individual to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with full support, structured training, and clear progression.
What’s on offer:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm (3pm Friday finish!)
- Two work from home days per month
- Portfolio of 160–170 properties, assistance with leasing, full support and mentorship from senior staff
- Salary $75-85k package depending on experience
- Fun, young team culture with a strong focus on internal growth
- Parking assistance may be available in time
- Ideally 1 year experience in Property Management
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Experience with Property Me, Inspection Express, Agent Box
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- A desire to build a long-term career in real estate
