Are you a Junior Property Manager ready to take the next step in your real estate career? We’re recruiting for a well-regarded agency on Sydney’s Northern Beaches that’s looking for a bright, motivated individual to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with full support, structured training, and clear progression.

What’s on offer:

• Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm (3pm Friday finish!)
• Two work from home days per month
• Portfolio of 160–170 properties, assistance with leasing, full support and mentorship from senior staff
• Salary $75-85k package depending on experience
• Fun, young team culture with a strong focus on internal growth
• Parking assistance may be available in time

We’re looking for candidates with:

• Ideally 1 year experience in Property Management
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Experience with Property Me, Inspection Express, Agent Box
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• A desire to build a long-term career in real estate
