Junior Property Manager

Our client is a young, fun & super successful team in the Inner West and part of a large franchise group that believes in offering their franchisees the most incredible support and training across their Property Management businesses. Due to the ongoing growth of this business, we are looking for a Junior Property Manager to join this team of 6 in Property Management.

Work closely with a highly regarded Department Head and be assured you will be given the mentoring, training and support to achieve great success in Property Management. Although experience is ideal, attitude and willingness to learn will help you secure this job; a current Real Estate Certificate and a late-model car are essentials. 

The role:

• Manage 100-120 properties with great support
• Coordinate and conduct open for inspections
• Some leasing duties
• Liaise with both landlords and tenants
• Complete repairs & maintenance management 
• Arrears control 
• Routine, ingoing & outgoing inspections 
• Conduct rental reviews & Lease renewals 

 
The ideal candidate:

• Will ideally have 6 months experience in the Real Estate Industry 
• Has excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner
• Is looking for a long-term career as a Property Manager
• Is able to work two Saturdays a month (with a day off in lieu)
• MUST hold a valid NSW Certificate of Registration
• Holds a clean drivers license and drives own reliable car
• Some knowledge of PropertyTree or PropertyMe is ideal
