The Opportunity:
A chance to work your way into a full 360 degree Recruitment role within 12 months, you will be supporting our team with an overflow of work to help service our Clients and Candidates, and will learn every aspect of recruitment including:
The ideal candidate will be coming with a minimum of 12 months administration experience in an office environment, preferably in Recruitment / HR industry / Accountant Management / or even Real Estate or Property.

- Database management including inputting and managing candidate files, vacancies & ongoing maintenance
- Uploading job vacancies to job boards and managing applications
- Compliance management
- Candidate Management
- Administration Support including sending all assignment confirmations and managing paperwork requirements
- Assist with filling vacancies
The ideal candidate will be coming with a minimum of 12 months administration experience in an office environment, preferably in Recruitment / HR industry / Accountant Management / or even Real Estate or Property.
- A hard working, determined & can-do attitude
- Excellent ability to listen & understand people with a strong customer service focus
- A proven ability to follow up & follow through
- Strong administration skills and a sound attention to detail
- An excellent level of written & verbal communication skills
- $60,000 - $65,000 base salary
- Company phone and laptop provided
- Monday – Friday only
- Good WFH options
