We’re working with a recognised Tier 2 developer-builder delivering large-scale residential projects across Sydney. With a secure 10-year pipeline of work, they are continuing to grow their site teams and are looking for an experienced Leading Hand to support project delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, coordinating crews and progressing their career within a builder that promotes from within.

About the role:

You will lead site crews on active residential construction projects, coordinating daily work, maintaining quality standards and supporting site management with delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site crews and subcontractors
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications
• Maintain site safety, quality and productivity standards
• Liaise with Site Managers and Foremen to support construction programs
• Assist with training junior trades and apprentices

Skills & experience:

• Experience working as a Leading Hand within construction
• Background in large-scale residential or multi-residential projects
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage site activities
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and sequencing
• Trade background or strong hands-on site experience
