With a current team of 14 experienced and committed partners in their business, we are on the lookout now for a high energy, focused and motivated Leasing Consultant / Business Developmemt Manager who can take charge of the Leasing across this business.
With a large mixed property portfolio under management you will be working across residential, commercial, industrial and retail; the main focus of this role will be to get the deals done with the best outcomes for the clients as well as source new business opportunities across the business.

- Advertising all vacant properties online
- Co-ordinate open times & liaison with tenants
- Follow up all phone & email inquiry from prospective tenants
- Process rental applications & references
- Liaise with solicitors and Landlords for Commercial
- Manage Saturday & mid week opens
- Market appraisals
- Prospecting
To ideal Candidate:
- Will have around 18 months previous Leasing experience ( will consider just residential)
- Hold relevant industry qualifications
- Have thorough knowledge of areas in the Eastern Suburbs
- Possess exemplary communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Be corporately groomed
- Want a long term career in the Real Estate industry
