Who We Seek:

• Driven individuals ideally with at least 12 months leasing experience
• Holders of a current Certificate of Registration.
• Customer service leader with a knack for fostering relationships.
• Go-getters with a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Collaborative spirits who flourish in a supportive team environment.

The role:

• Showing current listings for lease 
• Work alongside another Leasing Consultant (700 in rent roll)
• Manage the reference checking process
• Landlord communication to secure tenants
• In going condition reports
• New business prospecting
• Use of Property Tree, IRE, Inspection Manager
