Leasing Consultant

Are you an experienced Leasing Consultant or Property Officer looking for a new opportunity on the North Shore?
Our client, a boutique Real Estate agency, is seeking a motivated individual to join their small team of four.
This role offers a fantastic salary package, commissions, and flexible work-from-home options after probation.


About the Role:

• Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections.
• Manage open homes and process application forms.
• Communicate with tenants regarding viewings.
• Work with PropertyMe and Inspection Manager systems.
• Earn great commissions for new listings
  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have some experience in a leasing or property management role.
• Preferably live locally on the Upper or Lower North Shore for easy access to properties.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
