The Role:

As the Leasing Consultant, you’ll be part of a successful Leasing team helping match high-quality tenants with incredible properties. You’ll work closely with the Property Managers ensuring a seamless leasing process from start to finish.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing rental enquiries via phone and email
• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Coordinating lease sign-ups and paperwork
• Reviewing applications and checking references
• Keeping on top of diary management and admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leasing or real estate reception experience is a plus
• Certificate of Registration (or real estate license)
•  Reliable car & valid driver’s license
•  Strong communication skills – both written & verbal
• Tech-savvy with solid computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
