What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking leasing enquiries and running private and open inspections
  
  
• Connecting with prospective tenants and guiding them through the process
  
  
• Processing applications and keeping the CRM updated
  
  
• Working with a team that’s driven, friendly, and knows how to get results
  
  
• Earning commission on every lease you sign
  
  

What You’ll Need

• At least 12 months’ experience in leasing (ideally BTR)
  
  
• Assistant Agent Certificate or Class 2 Licence
  
  
• Solid communication skills – friendly, professional and persuasive
  
  
• A car and driver’s licence 
  
  
• A can-do attitude and the confidence to run with it
