About the role:
You will be working closely with a tight knit team in a fast paced and dynamic office environment. Daily tasks will include:
- Share leasing duties of a portfolio of 800 properties
- Responding and staying up to date with all leasing enquiries
- Preparing and running open for inspections
- Processing tenant applications and obtaining references
- Maintaining communication with clients, updating landlords and nurturing tenants
- Advertising all vacant properties online
- Will be passionate about a long and successful career in Real Estate
- Will have immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills
- Is highly organised
- Has excellent ccomputer skills
- Will have 6-12 months Real Estate experience as a minimum. Those coming from the Travel and Hospitality experience will be considered.
- MUST have a clean driver’s license, reliable car and valid NSW Certificate of Registration
- Work for a well-known and trusted brand
- Generous commission structure
- Monday – Saturday with day off in lieu
- Fun and frequent social and franchise events
- Salary package up to $75,000 + comms (depending on experience)
