Based in Lane Cove, our client are a progressive and innovative boutique agency that has a focus on the Lower North Shore property market for both sales and property management. The role:

• Leasing of a large portfolio
• Liaising with tenants to gain access for inspections
• Scheduling and Conducting open for inspection
• Assisting with phone and internet enquiries
• Processing tenancy applications
• Showing prospective tenants through properties
• Assisting with monthly routine inspections

The candidate:

• Is committed to providing clients and tenants with 5-star service
• Has excellent written and communication skills
• Is always immaculate presented
• Has good nowledge of the Inner West
• MUST have a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Holds a clean driver’s license and a reliable car
• 12 months minimum experience in real estate on the sales side
