This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established & super friendly Property Management team on the Central Coast, located near Empire Bay. Whether you’re an experienced Leasing Consultant or new to the industry with your Certificate of Registration, this role offers structure, support & real long-term opportunity!
Working across a rent roll of approximately 300 properties alongside the PM team, your responsibilities will include leasing, processing applications, routine inspections, handling tenant enquiries & assisting with back-up maintenance when required. Using PropertyMe, IRE & Inspection Express (360 camera), you’ll be supported by modern systems & a team that genuinely works together!
This is a Monday–Saturday role with one day off during the week (5-day work week). We’re looking for someone self-motivated, organised & eager to grow - someone who wants to build a long-term career in real estate, with strong potential to step into a Property Manager role as the team expands.
