Our client are a progressive and innovative boutique agency that has a focus on the Inner West property market for both sales and property management. The role:

Supporting two Property Managers, your days will be varied and interesting! Some of the daily tasks include:

• Leasing of a large portfolio
• Liaising with tenants to gain access for inspections
• Scheduling and Conducting open for inspections
• Assisting with phone and internet enquiries
• Processing tenancy applications
• Showing prospective tenants through properties
• Assisting with monthly routine inspections

The candidate:

• Committed to providing clients and tenants with 5-star service
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Immaculate presentation at all times
• Knowledge of the Inner West
• A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• A clean driver’s license and a reliable car
• 6-12 months minimum experience in real estate on the sales side
